Training Workshop on Program Self-Assessment at Nam Dinh University of Technology Education

To further enhance educational quality and implement current regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training regarding program accreditation, Nam Dinh University of Technology and Education (NUTE) organized a specialized training workshop on "Program Self-Assessment" on April 24, 2026.

Objectives and Key Content

The workshop aimed to standardize the self-assessment process and strengthen the effectiveness of internal quality assurance across the university. The program focused on several core pillars:

  • Scientific Methodology: Providing guidance on conducting program self-assessments through a systematic and scientific approach.

  • Evidence Management: Developing and refining a robust system of evidence to support the accreditation process.

  • Reporting Techniques: Training on technical aspects of drafting self-assessment reports, including data analysis, benchmarking, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and proposing quality improvement plans.

High Commitment from Faculty and Staff

The event was attended by the University Board of Rectors, leaders of various departments and faculties, and the entire teaching staff. This high level of participation reflects the university’s sense of responsibility and proactive determination to continuously improve its training standards.

Throughout the session, delegates engaged in active discussions, sharing practical experiences in program evaluation. Challenges faced by different units were addressed and clarified, ensuring a unified understanding and approach while enhancing the professional capacity of the staff.
