(Ninh Binh) – On February 3 and 4, 2026, Nam Dinh University of Technology Education became the focal point of regional education by successfully coordinating with the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training to organize the "English Olympiad for Math and Natural Science for High School Students, School Year 2025 - 2026". The event gathered over 2,200 elite students, affirming the professional organizational capacity and the University's commitment to accompanying the cause of education.
This year's competition attracted a large number of students from junior and senior high schools across Ninh Binh province. To ensure the competition took place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, Nam Dinh University of Technology Education activated its entire high-quality facility and human resource system according to the plan approved by the Board of Rectors in January 2026.

The venue was centralized at the university's modern lecture buildings on Phu Nghia Street, Thien Truong Ward, Ninh Binh Province. The system of examination rooms, waiting halls, and operation areas were scientifically arranged to create the most comfortable atmosphere for the participating candidates.
The success of the exam relied heavily on logistics and technical work, in which the Center for Practice played a leading role.
Implementing the University's direction, the Center for Practice completed a massive workload before January 31, 2026, including:
Technical Infrastructure: Preparing and reviewing 10 official computer rooms (from room A5-101 to A5-502) with a total of over 300 computers operating in parallel.
Technology System: Synchronously installing operating systems and specialized exam software, and checking the network transmission from the server (Server room A5-203) to each workstation, ensuring absolute stability during the candidates' test-taking process.
Facilities: Lighting systems, fans, air conditioners, and backup generators were all thoroughly checked to handle any arising situations.
The modern computer lab system at building A5 was thoroughly prepared by the Center for Practice, ensuring the strict technical standards of the exam.
Additionally, other units such as the Faculty of Information Technology and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering assigned dozens of experienced lecturers to participate as proctors and technical support staff. The Office of Administration - Equipment and the Office of Organization - Administration ensured security, order, environmental sanitation, and parking areas for thousands of parents and students.
Not only focusing on machinery, but the human element was also specially emphasized by the University. The Youth Union and Student Association mobilized a team of student volunteers to be on duty at the school gate and exam areas to direct traffic and guide candidates.
The Office of Student Affairs arranged a medical room with professional staff on standby, ready to care for the health of the candidates if necessary, ensuring absolute safety for the exam.

The fact that the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training trusted and selected Nam Dinh University of Technology Education as the coordinating unit to organize such an important academic competition is a clear testament to the University's reputation, training capacity, and facilities.
