On December 29, 2025, Nam Dinh University of Technology Education (NUTE) solemnly held the Closing Ceremony for the official survey to assess the University’s educational quality. This event marks a significant milestone in the roadmap of commitment to enhancing training quality, affirming the University's reputation and position in society.
After 05 working days of seriousness, objectivity, and professionalism (from December 25 to December 29, 2025), the External Assessment Team from the Center for Education Accreditation (CEA) - Vinh University completed the survey activities at Nam Dinh University of Technology Education.
The ceremony welcomed distinguished guests from the External Assessment Team and the CEA - Vinh University, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Duy Cam – Former Rector of the University of Science (VNU), Team Leader; Dr. Pham Le Cuong – Director of the CEA - Vinh University; along with expert members, experienced accreditors, and the Supervision Board.
From Nam Dinh University of Technology Education, the ceremony was attended by Dr. Dang Quyet Thang – Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Nguyen Manh Tien – Vice-Rector in charge of the University; Ms. Le Quynh Lan – Member of the Standing Party Committee; along with members of the Party Committee, University Council, Self-Evaluation Council, leaders of departments, faculties, centers, and representatives of the University's staff and students.
During the ceremony, the External Assessment Team presented a preliminary report on the survey results. Through the process of studying evidence, interviewing stakeholders, and inspecting physical facilities, the Team highly appreciated the University's efforts in recent times. Specifically, the University was recognized for the following highlights:
Spirit of Receptiveness and Responsibility: The leadership, staff, and lecturers consistently demonstrated high determination in standardizing and improving the quality of all activities.
Clear Improvement Strategy: The University is committed to implementing quality improvements according to a scientific roadmap, with specific focus areas and measurable indicators.
Advanced Governance System: Great emphasis is placed on consolidating the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) system; management processes are standardized; and data governance capacity is enhanced to align training with practical social needs and sustainable development.
The highlight of the ceremony was the signing of the Minutes of Completion of the Official Survey. This is a crucial legal document confirming the effective coordination between the University and the CEA - Vinh University, simultaneously opening a new phase for Nam Dinh University of Technology Education in its journey of "Improvement - Elevating Quality - Affirming Brand."
