SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION OF THE 10TH CONGRESS OF THE VIETNAMESE STUDENT ASSOCIATION AT NAM DINH UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION, TERM 2025–2028

Recently, the 10th Congress of the Vietnamese Student Association at Nam Dinh University of Technology Education (term 2025–2028) was successfully held. This event serves as a significant political activity, marking a robust transformation in the Association's work and the university's student movement.

Vibrant Colors of Youth at the Opening Session

Before the official opening, the atmosphere was energized by a special welcome cultural program. Elaborately staged musical performances, bearing the distinct mark of Nam Dinh University of Technology Education students, recreated the heroic spirit of youth, inspiring pride and a desire to contribute within every delegate.

Deep Interest from Leaders and Partner Units

The Congress was honored to welcome Comrade Le Tuan Anh – Member of the Secretariat, Chief of Office, and Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Central Vietnamese Student Association; along with representatives from the Party Committee, Board of Rectors, Trade Union Executive Committee, and leaders of various departments and faculties.

At the program, representatives of the Party Committee, Board of Rectors, School Trade Union, Youth Union, and representatives from other universities and colleges in Ninh Binh province presented fresh flower baskets to congratulate the Congress. These vibrant flowers symbolize the care, trust, and expectations of the leadership, as well as the solidarity of partner units towards the University's Student Association.

Pioneering Direction in Digital Transformation

With the participation of 120 official delegates, the Congress seriously summarized the Association's work for the 2023–2024 term and discussed directions for the 2025–2028 term.

Delivering directive remarks at the Congress, Comrade Le Tuan Anh (Central Vietnamese Student Association) together with representatives of the Party Committee and Board of Rectors acknowledged the efforts of the Student Association in recent times. Simultaneously, the leadership emphasized urgent requirements for the new term:

  • Proactively forecasting and adapting flexibly to new global trends.

  • Focusing on improving digital capacity and digital transformation skills for students.

  • Promoting the application of information technology in management and organizing movement activities.

Honoring and Paying Tribute to Contributions

In a solemn atmosphere, the Congress summarized the "Student of 5 Merits" movement and awarded the decision recognizing the provincial-level "Student of 5 Merits" title to 08 students with comprehensive excellence.

On this occasion, the Central Vietnamese Student Association also awarded Certificates of Merit to 02 individuals with typical contributions to the Association's work and student movements in the past term.

The Congress dedicated time to pay tribute and present farewell gifts to comrades from the previous Executive Committee who are not seeking re-election. These meaningful gifts represent the deep gratitude of the university's youth to the seniors—those who contributed silently, helping to build a solid foundation for the student movement over the past period.

Debut of the 10th Term Executive Committee

With a democratic spirit, the Congress elected the 10th Term Executive Committee consisting of 15 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Thi Huyen My – the newly elected President of the Student Association, spoke on behalf of the Executive Committee to accept the mandate, promising solidarity and creativity to further develop the university's student movement.
